Esso Exploration Angola (Block 15) Limited (EEAL), a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, is the operator of Block 15 on behalf of state oil company Sonangol, the concessionaire. Cargo exports are primarily via SPM at Terminals A and B (tandem mooring as back up) and tandem moored to the Mondo FPSO or Saxi Batuque FPSO at Terminal C
