Visit the HiFleet Estimator page to access the home dashboard or budget list.
Click New voyage budget to start, or open a recent or saved estimation from the list.
Choose vessel particulars and enter cargo type, load/discharge ports, quantity, freight, and terms.
Sync cargo ports, add ballast and calls, use Get distance for mileage and ECA, and review port time and costs.
Check operating profit, daily hire, and TCE; save, then preview/print the report or export.
The tool totals operating and bunker expenses and shows revenue, operating profit, daily hire, TCE, freight totals, and cost totals for chartering decisions.
Click New voyage budget on the home page or New in the Budget list, select a vessel, enter cargo and itinerary, and save with a voyage name.
Click Get distance in the itinerary table to pull sea mileage and ECA from the distance service, or open To distance for map and port verification.
The market dashboard shows BDI, TCE references, and bunker prices (e.g. VLSFO, IFO380, MGO) for guidance only; adjust bunker prices in the editor and do not treat market data as contract prices.
