What is HiFleet API?
HiFleet API is a maritime data interface service provided by HiFleet. It gives shipping companies, logistics providers, ports, insurers, financial institutions, researchers and software teams access to global vessel AIS movements, historical tracks, vessel particulars, ports, voyages, weather and maritime risk data through standard web APIs. Developers can add maritime situational awareness without building their own AIS collection and data-cleaning infrastructure.

What data does HiFleet API provide?
Real-time vessel positions, historical tracks, vessel profiles, fleet management, port vessels, routes and voyages, port calls, PSC, navigational warnings, weather, typhoons, tides, piracy data and alerts.
Where does the data come from and how often is it updated?
Data is sourced through HiFleet's maritime data network and standardized for delivery. Coverage and update frequency vary by product and are defined in the applicable API specification and plan.
How do I get an API key and test quota?
Share your use case, required datasets and estimated call volume. The HiFleet team will confirm a plan and provide test access credentials.
Can I use the data in a commercial product?
