In 2023, hiFleet provide data service for over 6,000 shipping companies worldwide with a total fleet size exceeding 30,000 vessels. These vessels called at over 3,000 ports, with a total of 1,632,387 port calls.
The domestic ports with the highest number of port calls were Zhoushan, Shanghai, and Ningbo, with 64,798, 50,134, and 24,764 calls respectively. Among domestic ports, Zhoushan, Tianjin, and Taicang were the most frequented by shipping companies, with 565, 510, and 473 companies respectively.
The foreign ports with the highest number of port calls were Singapore, Busan, and Yeosu, with 25,543, 10,727, and 7,469 calls respectively. Among foreign ports, Singapore, Yeosu, and Port Klang were the most frequented by shipping companies, with 535, 402, and 345 companies respectively. Additionally, hiFleet receives over 100,000 ship queries from users every day.
In 2024, HiFleet plans to launch the Port Services Promotion Program to offering promotional opportunities for port service providers. HiFleet will charge promotional fees based on the number of port calls and user queries for vessel destination ports in the past year.
